SCOOP: Shuttered lab sued DCC in June
A testing lab that the California Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) forced closed last week, had previously sued the agency over its license review process. California Cannabis Testing Labs (CCTL) alleges that the DCC's actions have deprived it of the due process required by the U.S. and California Constitutions.
The DCC cancelled CCTL's license last week citing numerous alleged violations, many of which dated back to a site visit in February 2022.
