NORML put together a guide to the eight states which could have MED or REC ballot initiatives in 2022. In an indication of where the market is going, all eight voted Trump in November:

  • Meanwhile MED initiatives are in play in Idaho (arguably the least 420-friendly state), Nebraska and Wyoming.
  • Decriminalization could also be on the ballot in Idaho and Wyoming.
  • Oklahomans could also vote on an overhaul of their existing MED market.
