SCOOP: STIIIZY SETTLED LAWSUIT WITH FORMER IN HOUSE LAWYER
Stiiizy settled a lawsuit filed this year by a former in-house lawyer. A vehicle controlled by Eric Lightman sued the company, California’s best-selling brand and one of its largest retailers, alleging fraud and other charges.
Stiiizy president Tak Sato declined to comment on the confidential April settlement.
Lightman is now general counsel at rival California retailer Embarc.
