What You'll do:

You will lead the post-close relationship with Brands. You will become an expert on all of Jane's brand offerings, and will make sure their partners are getting maximum value from each. You will intimately learn the Jane business through collaboration across all teams, from partner success to data science. We're looking for someone with media experience who is excited by the opportunity to join a rapidly growing team with strong growth potential. You will be fully remote but will never operate in a silo. We are a tight knit team with daily stand-ups, and we offer incredible resources, tools, training, and support/coaching. You will report to the Manager, Account Management


  • Educate brands on performance metrics, insights, and how to drive sales within Jane
  • Work with partners on understanding their brand's story, goals, and existing media strategy to craft a strategy and recommendation
  • Evaluate success metrics and drive campaign performance using data
  • Deliver outstanding customer business experience to Jane's brand partners
  • Implement creative ways to improve our brand relationships, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions, and promote other Jane products
  • Collaborate with Sales, Partner Success, Marketing and Product teams to communicate and help prioritize customer needs regarding features, service, support and collateral


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2+ years of experience in advertising, media, or ad tech
  • Proficiency with Excel, pivot tables and VLookups
  • Team player
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, and selling
  • In depth knowledge of the digital marketing and ad tech landscape, with an understanding of basic media math
  • Expertise in launching and managing paid digital advertising campaigns
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, and clients and influencing C-level team members
  • Manage and prioritize a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context
  • Demonstrated ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy
  • Proven success scaling in a fast-paced environment
  • Startup experience
