Calgary Herald - Despite the U.S. crisis, vape sales have stabilized south of the border, giving credence to Headset’s prediction the widely illicit-cannabis-related crisis would encourage users to buy from licensed sources.
Bloomberg - This week’s list of suspected causes for the vape-illness crisis has expanded to include toxic cadmium used in the solder of counterfeit cartridge shells. Preliminary data also shows heavy metals present in cheap cartridges can leech into vape fluid with help from terpenes.

- Fluent Beverage Company, a joint venture between Tilray and Budweiser parent Anheuser-Busch InBev, will launch a line of CBD beverages in Canada as early as December. Fluent intends to eventually introduce THC beverages, but requires more time to research how best to make products in which THC will not degrade over time.
