A new report from the Congressional Research Service says the legalization movement in America is bad for cartels.

- Sales in Mexico are declining because of the popularity of other drugs, according to the report, but also “due to legalized cannabis or medical cannabis in several U.S. states and Canada, reducing its value as part of Mexican trafficking organizations’ portfolio.”
