FORGET NEXUS IF YOU’RE A LEGAL REC USER

“User Guide for Legalization of Marijuana in Canada,” a top-secret set of instructions for high-level US Customs and Border Protection employees made public as part of a lawsuit, revealed a policy of stripping Canadians of their Nexus passes if they admitted using legal REC. (Nexus passes allow pre-screened travellers to skip lines.)
