Where is Marijuana Legal in the United States?

When it comes to marijuana laws, the United States is espeically convoluted. While many states have entirely legalized weed, such as California and Colorado, and virtually every state has some form of legal allocations for medical purposes, marijuana remains illegal at the federal level. Legislation has been proposed to federally decriminalize pot, however unitl such a bill passes, THC will remain a Schedule 1 drug. CBD, on the other hand, has already been essentially legalized, although some states still ban the cannabinoid or products that contain certain concentrations of it.
